We want you to be satisfied with your purchases. If you wish to return or exchange your order, you can do so within 15 days of the date of purchase. The first step is to contact us by email at info@epuiggali.com to provide you with a return address. Products must be sent in the same condition as they left our premises, and in their original packaging. It’s important that the products are perfectly packed together with a copy of the delivery note.

The exchange process will start as soon as we receive the returned item, which should be in perfect condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and we will not be responsible for additional shipping charges. Returns on custom pieces are no acceptable.

We do not offer cash refunds. You will be e-ailed a store credit, which will be issued to the person that bought the original item. The return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer, except in the case of a defective product. If you receive the product with a manufacturing defect, please send an e-mail to info@epuiggali.com and specify in the subject: Defect + “Order No.”, including photos showing the defect. If you have purchased from a physical store, contact the seller, their return conditions will apply. In either case, a discount voucher will be generated for your next purchase of E.PuiGGalí products in the same establishment.

All products are handmade one by one, and we give each piece the utmost care and attention throughout the production process. Orders that are not in stock may take between 1 and 3 weeks to be dispatched, depending on the quantity and type of items. We appreciate your understanding. As soon as the order is dispatched, you will be notified via email with the tracking number of the shipping company.

All our pieces have undergone an exhaustive and lengthy testing process. They are oven, microwave and dishwasher safe. We recommend washing them by hand with neutral soaps and soft sponges to avoid eroding/scratching the ceramics so that they always look as good as the first day. We also recommend washing the larger pieces by hand, as they could be damaged in the dishwasher due to their size.
